However, due to the nature of online education, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any of our courses. This policy is in place to protect both the Institute and its students.
Once a course is purchased, the student has immediate access to all of the course materials, including videos, lectures, readings, and assignments. We cannot control how the student uses these materials and cannot guarantee that they will complete the course or make use of all the available content.
Unlike traditional face-to-face courses, online courses are available 24/7. This means that students can begin working on the course immediately upon purchase. Therefore, we are unable to offer a cooling-off period during which students can decide whether or not they want to keep the course.
If we were to offer refunds or returns, it would create an unfair advantage for students who purchase the course and then decide to drop out later. This would also discourage other students from enrolling in our courses, knowing that they could simply get their money back if they changed their mind.
We understand that this policy may be disappointing to some students, but we believe that it is necessary to ensure the integrity of our online education programs. We encourage all potential students to carefully review our course descriptions and syllabi before purchasing a course.
