Admission is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment of course fees as per institute policy.
3. Course Fees & Payment
All fees are to be paid in advance or as per the installment plan decided by the management.
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Late payment of installments may attract a penalty or suspension from classes.
The institute reserves the right to revise course fees without prior notice.
4. Attendance & Discipline
A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to qualify for the final examination and certification.
Students must maintain proper discipline and decorum within the institute premises.
Misconduct, damage to property, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or expulsion.
Use of mobile phones during class hours is strictly prohibited unless permitted by faculty.
5. Study Material & Copyright
Study materials provided by the institute are for personal learning purposes only.
Copying, reproducing, or distributing institute materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
All course content, notes, and resources remain the intellectual property of Icon Techno Institute.
6. Examination & Certification
Students must complete all assignments, practicals, and examinations to be eligible for certification.
Certificates will be awarded only upon successful completion of the course and clearance of all dues.
The institute’s decision on grading and certification shall be final and binding.
7. Infrastructure & Facilities
The institute provides computer systems and internet access for educational use only.
Students are responsible for proper handling of equipment. Damages caused by negligence will be chargeable.
The management may modify class timings or schedules as necessary.
8. Code of Conduct
Students must respect faculty members, staff, and fellow learners.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will not be tolerated.
Smoking, eating, or loud talking inside classrooms or labs is not allowed.
9. Privacy Policy
The institute collects personal data only for academic and administrative purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability
The institute will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to students or their property while on the premises.
