1. Overview

At Icon Techno Institute, we strive to provide the best computer education and student support. Before enrolling in any course, students are requested to read all details carefully, including course structure, duration, and fees.
As per our institute policy, all course fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.

2. Course Fee Policy

Once a student enrolls and pays the admission or course fee (either in full or part), it will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Fees are non-transferable from one course or student to another.
Students are advised to review course details, eligibility, and schedule before payment.
Refund requests due to a change of mind, delay in joining, or withdrawal from the course will not be entertained.

3. Refund Exceptions

A refund may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

Course cancellation by the institute due to administrative or technical reasons.
Duplicate payment made by mistake (the extra amount will be refunded after verification).
Failure to start a batch due to insufficient enrollments (optional decision by management).

In such cases, the refund process will take 7–15 working days after approval from the management.

4. Online Payment & Transaction Failures

If any online transaction fails and the amount is debited from the student’s account, it will be automatically reversed by the respective payment gateway or bank within 7–10 working days.
The institute will not be responsible for any delay caused by banking procedures.

5. Course Transfer or Change

Requests to change from one course to another are subject to management approval and seat availability.
Any additional course fee must be paid before the transfer.
No refund will be made if the new course fee is lower than the original course fee.

6. Non-attendance or Dropout

No refund will be given if the student discontinues or remains absent during the course for any reason.
The student remains liable to pay the full course fee even if they stop attending classes midway.

7. Management Rights

The management of Icon Techno Institute reserves the right to make final decisions regarding any refund or adjustment case.
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nadia District, West Bengal.
